The battery cover that comes with the S20 Pro is only compatible with Quest 2. But you can conveniently purchase our latest Quest 3 battery covers (ASIN: B0CPSLFY1G) on Amazon. After that, you can use the S20 PRO charging dock with your Quest 3.

Why are my controller batteries not charged up to 100%?

Usually, the batteries is fully charged, but the Quest may still display it at 90% or lower.To prevent overcharge and increase both battery life and charging stability, the battery display may show that the batteries are not fully charged.
