The power cable can be extended up to a maximum total length of 98 ft (30 m). You can use any 12V 5.5 mm × 2.1 mm male to female DC Extension cable.

It supports 24/7 recording when connected to HomeBase 3 with an additional storage drive. 24/7 recordings will be stored on the additional storage drive. The video quality can be altered manually to suit your needs and can go up to 4K resolution.

How many eufyCam E330 (Professional)s can connect to HomeBase 3 at the same time?

HomeBase 3 supports up to 10 eufyCam E330 cameras simultaneously. To maintain a stable connection for more than 4 cameras please enable the Multi-Bridge feature in the app.

How much 24/7 footage can be stored? Can the storage be expanded?

The included 1 TB hard drive allows storing up to 10 days of 24/7 recordings from four eufyCam E330 (Professional) cameras. It can be expanded up to 16 TB. The SD card slot on the camera is not active and doesn't support storage expansion currently.
