(If you want a lower cooling temperatures, please choose a refrigerator or freezer. Their storage temperature can reach 39 ℉ Fahrenheit, But this cooler can only reach 57 ℉ !!!)

Q&A: How difference : Car Cooler vs Car Freezer

The Electric Cooler operates by constantly running a fan to lower the interior's temperature. It will cool as fast or slow as the outside ambient temperature. What that means is that if it's hot outside, it'll take a very long time to get the inside down to 57℉. If it is cold outside, it will reach 52℉ faster and more consistently.

So ice couldn`t be use in it.

Car Freezers, have a built-in compressor just like a fridge at home. It can take the inside from 77℉ ambient temperature down to 40℉ in 20-25 mins, then to freezing temps of 32℉ or below after another 10-20 mins.
